Evaluation can help organisations understand whether or not an intervention has worked. Evaluation should be seen positively and as a tool that can feed into organisational learning and development.

Commissioned by the NHS employers, Zeal Solutions have produced a report which provides an overview of some key principles that should be followed to enable interventions to be effectively evaluated.
